Workers should retire at the age of 60 or 65.

However, some people say that the few worker need

early retirement along with the pension. Are you agree or disagree with this.
What kind of people should retire at an early age?
To earn their bread and butter everybody has to work. But after attaining certain age they need retirement
from work. I strongly agree with the people's opinion, who feels that an early retirement particular group
along with pension is important.
Firstly, after continuous working for years body get exhausted and thats why doctors also recommend rest
for the old age persons. Secondly, after attaining a particular age person gets involved in a no. of personal
and professional responsibilities, which are extremely difficult to manage. Finally, after attaining an age of
50 a lot of health problems arises which are due to our living style. Commonly it includes obesity,
hypertension, dementia and diabetes. All in all, we can say a no. of factor affect and hinder a person to
work after 50 to 55.
On the other hand, the workers who work under harsh conditions need rest as well as early retirement.
Workers working in chemical industries and Iron casting industries or where they are exposed to an
environment which is unsuitable for workers to work. The reason is crystal clear the workers who work in
such an environment which is not ideal to work, may have more health related issues than the person who
have sitting job in office.
In conclusion, I can say that Government shoul intervene and categorise the sectors that what type of
workers should retire at early age and they must be provided retirement at early age and other benefits.
