This editorial project is a monthly paper (sheet) initially

developed to support the Decennial Committee
initiative, whose function was utterly transformed in
order to divulge a wider array of information around
social topics that the group considered should be
given more relevance, also including others linked to
research and projects developed within the group
0.29. A fundamental idea around El Bugalu is that,
being distributed through letter-sized paper
photocopies, reproduction is very economical. The
copies can be easily intervened as well and actually
invite the readership to do so, hence the receiver
becomes producer, and as result of this process
social awareness of the subjective condition of the
information disclosed by the media emerges.
