    A yellow risk (initial risk shows C-2 which is yellow, or


    Moderate), would require 30 days to investigate, a 14 days
    response time-with a maximum implementation time of two
    months, or 60 days (=4 RCB meetings)
    Means: complete finding in two weeks, finalize in 30 days and
    have it implemented within 60 days (does not mean
    completed..but implemented.)
