Steps on How to Operate the Pump of MGO Chiller

1. First push the [Pump Power Supply] push button, the Pump Power Source pilot lamp turns ON.
If you want to use the No.1 Pump first:
2. Switch the [No.1 Pump] Cam Switch to [Duty] and the [No.2 Pump] to [Stand-by]
(Only this status makes the auto change of pumps possible)
3. Then push the [No.1 Pump Start] push button, the [No.1 Pump On] pilot lamp turns ON.
While running, alarms such as [Overload] and FIRST [Low Pressure Alarm] (KP2) will auto change the
Pump running from [No.1 Pump] to [No.2 Pump].
4. On the SECOND [Low Pressure Alarm] (KP2), auto change is not possible, push the [No.1 Pump
Stop] push button to stop the 2 pumps and to reset the (KP2).
If you want to use the No.2 Pump first:
5. Switch the [No.2 Pump] Cam Switch to [Duty] and the [No.1 Pump] to [Stand-by]
6. Then repeat the steps 3-4 but using the [No.2 Pump] Cam Switch and [No.2 Pump] Push button.
