The prevalence of disease increased from year to year . In Indonesia the prevalence of asthma hasnt been known clearly however more or less 2-5% Indonesia people suffered asthma. In East java the prevalnce of asthma reached 2,62%. One factor of asthmas was environment. This research aimed to analyze the relationship between the environmental management attitude with degree of bronchial asthma attack at Pagerwojo Village Perak sub district in Jombang District in 2014 . The design of research used the analysis of correlation with using the approach of cross sectional. Population in the research was all asthma patients who lived at Pagerwojo Village as many as 33 respondents, the number of samples that was used was 33 respondents. The technique of sampling which was used was Total Sampling. Collection data used questionnaire, with The statistic test analysis of Sprearman Rank with significant degree 5% (0,05). The coefficient of correlation indicated value (0,784) meant environmental management attitude with the degree of bronchial asthmas attack had strong relationship. The result which was obtained that almost a half (39,39%) respondents increased mild patient asthma attack and had positive environmental management attitude. The result of statistic test between environmental management attitude with the degree of bronchial asthma attack was obtained t count (7,035) in the fact t count > t table (2,040) so that Ho was refused and H1 was accepted meant that there was the relationship between the environmental management attitude with degree of bronchial asthma attack at Pagerwojo Village Perak sub district in Jombang District in 2014. Frequently patients were exposure with initiation mentioned so that the asthma attack sufferers will often occur repeatedly. Sufferers patients are expected to increase more environmental condition in order to keep clean and being avoided of dust, because clean environment can decline the degree of asthma attack.
