On November 5th , the LHS High School faculty competed in a scavenger hunt professional development.

Their tasks
included finding evidence of fantastic best practices in teaching all over the school, while learning about the common core shifts
and showing evidence in various classrooms and environments. This was a kick-off to our health and wellness initiative and it
gave teachers a chance to go into classrooms outside of their content areas. Teachers worked cooperatively in teams to
accomplish their tasks! Not only were they learning, but they were having fun and being healthy while doing so.
