Instructions for connecting to SAS Enterprise Guide on

Demand
1. Access students instructions at the following URL:
http://support.sas.com/ondemand/manuals/enterprise_guide_student.p
df
2. Set Up Your SAS OnDemand for Academics Account

3. Create a new Academics Account
https://www.sas.com/profile/user/create.htm
4. You will receive an email with the subject "Please activate your SAS
Profile". In this email, click enclosed link to complete Profile creation
process.
5. Create SAS Password
6. Select the Continue Registration for SAS OnDemand for
Academics link to return to the SAS OnDemand for Academics Control
Center.
7. Retype your account email and password
8. Choose the option: I am a Student..
9. Choose the country: Romania

Select your Institution: Academia de SdudII Economice din
Bucuresti- Bucharest (first option!)

Registration Details: It all fields are correct, press Submit
Registration, else press Change Information

Registration Complete: press Next
13.
Review the Software License Agreement: choose Agree, press
Enter

Home Page for Student: press Get a License
15.
Choose your Course: Choose PSW-CIB-14 - Section 1, Press
Continue
16.
Acquire A License: press Get License(s)
17.
License Acquired: press Return
18.
Home Page for Student.: press Download Client

SAS OnDemand for Academics: Enterprise Guide Version 6.1:
press Download Request

Download Area for SAS OnDemand for Academics: Enterprise
Guide Version 6.1 for Windows : press Download then save the .exe
file to a location on your computer.

Locate the .exe file on your computer and then double-click the
file to start the installation process. You might be prompted to install

supporting files or applications during the installation process, which


could lengthen the installation time.
22. After installation is complete, you can start SAS Enterprise Guide. 1.
Connect to the Internet. 2. From your desktop, double-click on the SAS
Enterprise Guide icon. 3. In the User field of the Credentials Required
window, enter your SAS Server userid. 4. In the Password field, enter
your SAS Profile password.
