7 Design Brief Template

Problem Statement:

The stapler is uncomfortable to hold because of the hard

plastic material. Also, there is no simple way to carry the
stapler because there is no obvious place to put you hands.

Design Statement:

We must design a solution to the problem by adding a handle

attached to the top plastic piece. It must be a perfect size for
fingers to hold and be made of a material with a smooth grip.

Design Criteria:

Should be an attractive color combination with the red or

silver, such as black. Easy to hold and could be made out of a
rubbery material for easy grip, quality, and comfort.

Design Constraints: Must be lightweight
