The person who scares others, actually he himself feels in danger all the
time. The person who is not worried about himself, he never scare others. It
is seen that a doctor terrify his patient because he feels that if he does not
do so, the patient will slip from his hands. The same is with a teacher. He
terrifies his students because he feels if he does not do so, the students
will not listen to him and that may result in losing his job. Therefore, only
terrified people try to terrify others.
