On May 9, 2016, Ms. Jessie Bardwell was reported to the Richardson Police
Department as a missing person. Investigative steps to locate Ms. Bardwell have led
investigators to arrest her live-in boyfriend, Mr. Jason Lowe. Evidence indicates that he is
responsible for the murder of Ms. Bardwell and the subsequent disposal of her body. He
is most likely to have transported her in his black 2010 Audi Q5. There exists the
possibility that his Audi became stuck in the mud and that assistance may have been
necessary for him to free it. While receiving that assistance, the previously damaged
front bumper may have broken free from the vehicle. Anyone who may have witnessed
the described vehicle in a muddy area between April 29 and May 8, 2016, is encouraged
