(-4) * (-3) = 12
the product with different sign.
8*(-9)= -2
(-7)*6= -42

Example for Division:

the quotient of same sign.
27 / 9 = 3
36 / 6 = 6
121 / 11 = 11
(-12) / (-3) = 4
the quotient of different sign.
(-81) / 9 = -9
