Home Delivery of Cylinder as per day and time
convenient to Customers

Concept
Many Customers are eager to get delivery at
their preferred day and time
Home Delivery Charges are only Rs 8/- for a
nearly 30KG heavy cylinder
MoP&NG formulated in Vision 2015 a scheme
of preferred time delivery at a nominal Cost.
Will benefit working couple, single customers
and other customers who wish to receive
cylinders at specific time.

Launch today in

Delhi and nearby cities of Gurgaon, Faridabad,


Sonepat, Noida, Ghaziabad
Bengaluru and
Pune

Kolkatta, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, and


fringe cities to commence during the month.
Extension to all cities with 10 lakh population
within 6 months
Remaining Cities within a Year

Modalities
No jumping of Queue even for preferred time
customers.
If there is a backlog with distributors due to
unavoidable circumstances,
After maturity of his booking, delivery on very
next opted preferred time by customer.
In case distributors not able to deliver due to
reasons attributable to them
A rebate of Rs 20 from the RSP of the cylinder
No Preferred time Charges

Modalities
Once registered the option to remain for six
months
Customer has option to de-register.
In case customers are not available at home
during the delivery consecutively for two
times,
Status of preferred time customer will be
withdrawn.
Once registered no need to mention during
refill booking.
