IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS (IRR)

BANNER COMPETITION 2015

Banner Contest Rules:

The size of banner must be 2x3 feet.

Any form of design is allowed. (hand paint, printed version, etc)

The banner should display the local chapters name and logo

Banners must relate to this years theme: Ablaze: Illuminating Unity Amidst Diversity

Banners that are painted must be dry when turned in to the information desk.

The icons representing the local chapter shall present the banner during the opening
program.

The decision of the board of judges is final. No protest will be entertained after the
announcement of winners.

Criteria for Judging Banners:

Banner originality & creativity

20%

Banner promotes school spirit

20%

Neatness and artistic presentation

20%

Adherence to the theme

20%

Readability at a distance

20%
