we created a PowerPoint/presentation on how we implemented co-teaching in the classroom.

The
PowerPoint, Co-Teaching Strategies for the Differentiated Classroom, included video clips of us
planning, implementing the co-teaching approaches and strategies, and the roles and responsibilities. It
included how we used flex grouping and strategies how to motivate learning. We presented this at
MSDE Co-Teaching Network Teacher-to-Teacher Showcase and on one of our back to school
professional development days. Also, we presented at one of the countys elementary and secondary
combined council meetings. Once I experienced this, I felt like I could pretty much do anything. After
participating in this grant project, it persuaded me to take classes to get my Administrator I certificate. I
enjoyed helping my colleagues through this process. This was a lifelong learning experience for me. I
learned so many things about co-teaching and met wonderful teachers along the way.
