Explanation of Diagram:

In doing this research the common findings lead to this diagram. The overall idea behind the diagram is prevention
of a pressure ulcer with three different focuses which contribute to pressure ulcer development. The left side of the
diagram is looking at prevention of pressure ulcer from the knowledge perspective of the caregivers, the middle
section is if there is creation of a culture of pressure ulcer prevention, and the right bubble is preventing the
pressure ulcer by implementation of redistribution surface.
