Applications are invited (from permanent residents of J&K State only) for the following posts to be filled
on contract basis for a period of four years extendable (Subject to good performance) for one year in CSC

Candidate must be a bona fide State Subject of J&K.


Candidate should be aged between 24-35 years as on 01-12-2015.
Application forms shall have to be received on or before 29th February, 2016
In service candidates shall be required to produce NOC form his/her employers at the time of
interview.

How to Apply:
The prescribed application form is available at the official website of IT Department- www.jkit.nic.in or
can be obtained on request from the office of Commissioner Secretary to Government, IT Department, Civil
Secretariat, Jammu on any working day. Applications complete in all respects (on the prescribed format)
affixed with the recent passport size photograph along with all the testimonials of the candidate should
reach the Office of Commissioner Secretary to Government, IT Department, Civil Secretariat, Jammu by or
before the last date of submission of the application forms.

Candidates who are shortlisted for interview shall be required to produce the original set of above
certificates for verification at the time of interview. Candidates who fail to produce any of the above
mentioned certificates in original shall not be allowed to appear in the interview and their candidature
will be cancelled.

Criteria of Selection:
Candidates whose application forms are complete in all respects shall be considered to be short-listed for
an interview based on the following criteria:
A. The selection of Candidate will be based on point system with 60 points for Educational
Qualification, 15 for Experience and 25 points for interview.
B. Short listing for interview will be done for 5 times the number of posts available i.e. for 1 vacancy 5
eligible candidates shall be short listed for interview.
C. The short listing for interview will be done based on the points awarded to each candidate for
his/her respective educational qualification and experience. The point system shall work as per
the Annexure A.

Shortlisting:
List of shortlisted candidates will be published on www.jkit.nic.in on 7th March, 2016.

Interview:
All the eligible candidates shall be interviewed on 15th March, 2016 & 16th March, 2016. The venue for the
interview will be communicated separately.
