Dear Readers,
I am very happy to share with the world the first issue of NHL concussion awareness magazine.
I have been studying this problem for many years and I found that too many players were getting
a concussion. In the season of 2000-2001 7.7 players (out of 100) got a concussion. I am still
open to learn more about this topic, I would also love to hear your story.
In this edition of the magazine I will be interviewing Mike Peluso, a former NHL player that had
his career ended by a concussion. We asked him how, why, what, but it was a lot more then a
brain injury
I am writing this magazine for the NHL players that had their career ended or made them more
prone to concussions. I will be releasing more about this issue in a few months with even more
facts. I hope you like it
Sincerely yours
