Internship

Apex systems internship was an amazing experience that we got to uphold. We got to go around and shadow some employees to learn
about everything they did, and how they got hired into the company. A lot of them were recruiters and we learned that they were hired
into the company since they stood out through hard work and dedication. We met many recruiters and they are basically the ones that
find employees for the other side when they need someone for a company. An example is Wing Stop who they were in the process of
talking with the recruiter. It was an awesome experience to see the business world within and see it all happening. They taught us that
you need to keep good relations with your business partners, and that you have to keep in contact and see how they're doing even if it's
not relevant for
you to check up on them. Connection is the key to success.
