Subject: Request to repair air conditioners

To : Respected Head Master

We the class of XI-B do hereby request for the immediate repair of the air conditioners in the
classroom. All air conditioners are not working for almost 1 week now and students are
complaining for not having a functional air conditioner. Please be reminded that this affects
not only the Students but the teachers, too. I hope you will look into this and consider my
request.
