    DuringmytimeworkingwithPatriciasheportrayedmanyqualitiesthatagoodteacher
    musthave.SheshowedthatshewasadaptablebybeingabletoconformtotheroleofMental
    HealthWorkerandmeetallrequirementsexpectedofherwithoutamentortohelp.Ahuge
    reasonthatPatriciawassosuccessfulwiththechildrenastheirmentalhealthworkeris
    becausesheiskind,caring,andcompassionate.Itisntalwayseasytoworkwiththechildrenin
    theemotionalsupportclassroom,butPatricagainedtheirtrustandrespectbyshowingthem
    attentionandthatshecaredtohelpthem.Shealsoestablishedagoodrelationshipwithmyself
    andtheteacher.ItwasveryeasytoworkwithPatriciabecauseshegaveheralltoward
    everythingshedidandwasalwayswillingtohelp.
