Kathy Rogers is the founder of the Rogers Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in

Hutchins, Texas. Before the center was given nonprofit status, she ran the
rehabilitation center out of her own home for eight years. Her
organization has since rehabilitated and released over 40,000 birds, and
continues to work with people, the SPCA, animal control departments,
and game wardens in the North Texas area.
