Personal Reflection

During the outing, I have gained much experiences. My team and I comprising of 17
other students from Raffles College went to have a bowling tournament. We were
broken down to four separate groups. The tournament lasted roughly one hour.
Overall, my teammates and I comprising of 3 other students became champions.
From this activity, I have learnt and gained many experiences. Namely teamwork,
determination and preservation. Without teamwork, we would not have been the
champions in the tournament. We achieved a goal because we motivated each other
through words and our actions. Our determination to win the tournament also helped
along the way. Our eyes were on the prize. I feel that as a team, we have a better
chance of winning because our support system is not made of one person but of many
minds. We are only as strong as we are united, as weak as we are divided. This
activity has opened my eyes in many ways and I hope to apply what I have learnt in
this activity when I step out in the real working world.
