a) Festive Foods

Mole- a dish made of mashed avocados and other
additives such as garlic, chiles, and cilantro
Chipotle-a smoked jalapeno chilli
Chilaqules- tortillas stir fried with onions, spices, and chicken,
topped with cheese and served with a sort of gravy
Enchiladas- a tortilla sipped in chilli sauce then filled with meat
or cheese, and rolled up

3. A tortilla is made of flour or maize. It is eaten alongside a
meal like bread.
4. It is suggested to eat non-spicy foods such as quesadilla, plain
