Statement of work:

1. An interactive mobile friendly website with payment gateway (PayPal/ Stripe) and LIVE
chat. The front end must be geared to capture database of all customers visiting the site.
2. Digital Marketing - SEO/SCM, social media, email marketing, cross marketing etc to
boost search rankings, and to drive traffic to our portal resulting in sales.
3. Application Enhancement: client currently have API integration with WIZIQ for virtual
classes. Current Application has admin, teacher, and student logins/ dashboard. Here
are some of the features that need to be developed:
a. Class count and trigger renewals - Currently maintain excel sheet to count
classes taken by each student. Client wants to automate it, display it on student
dashboard, and trigger renewals when less than x hours balance in student
account (for pre-paid users).
b. Class scheduling and cancellation - This is currently happening with email
requests from parents. Client wants to automate this. Phase 1 - system can put a
web-form to move from email requests to db requests. Phase 2 - Automate for
self scheduling (and cancellations) by students based on tutor availability. Client
will need to monitor tutor availability and utilization in both cases.
c. Progress reports - Currently these are prepared manually by the tutor and
emailed to parents. Client would like to automate these.
d. At some point, Client would like to have our own whiteboard solution instead of
using WizIQ.
e. Testing practice software (Plug in Application) - to develop an intelligent and
adaptive test practice software to allow student develop skills with video answer
for each problem.
