I am writing this letter

to reason that last week in one of their hotels , rent one of their rooms
when they arrive and leave our luggage , we continue to enceder air
conditioning , taking the surprise that not turn on , try to see if was the
lack of batteries in the remote control, even bought a new but nothing
worked.

Therefore decided to seek help personnel management , which was in


the hotel , but we could see us or find them , then decided to fix it by
myself, try to see by around 20 minutes if it was something to do with
the buttons , but that was not .

Given the above I and my family decided to buy a cooler where we put
cold drinks , this in order that the heat was getting stepped down in our
body and some in the room , incluse also had to open the windows to
the room I also feel a little less hot , and a few hours later we look back
to the staff and they arranged under the air , they dandos that the
problem was a connection on the air plug
