IRR 5.

0 REQUIREMENTS

IRR 5.1 Each local chapter council, thru the President or External Vice-President must
submit the following requirements (soft copy only):
IRR 5.1.1 One endorsement letter per Local Chapter listing the names of all their
representatives in the Inter-Local Chapter competitions with certification that those
students are the official representatives of their respective local chapter, signed by the
Local Chapters External Vice President and Local Chapter President, then noted by
their Adviser and Chairperson/Dean.
IRR 5.1.2 Master list of all the academic participants from the Local Chapter (Please
see NFJPIA1415_ACadMasterlist_RMYC_RAL.xlsx)
IRR 5.2 All requirements must be zipped into one file (.zip or .rar) and shall be sent to
nfjpia.r11.vpacad16.17@gmail.com on or before September 20, 2015. The filename
format to be used shall be LocalChapter_RMYC_RAL.zip/.rar
Example: UIC_RMYC_RAL.rar
IRR 5.3 Change of contestants for any of the Academic Events shall be allowed
provided that it shall be communicated to the Regional Vice President for Academics at
least SEVEN DAYS before the convention proper and updated zip files containing the
new or changed participants of events shall be sent.
IRR 5.4 WALK-INS shall not be allowed to participate in the Academic Events during the
18th RMYC.
IRR 5.5 The participants for these IRR 5.5 The participants for these events shall be
certified that they are members of NFJPIA through the help of the Vice President for
Membership.
