Ms, Cleveland seis very appropriate goalstargets for her lessons and is adept at differentiating her instruction to meet the needs of all of her students ~ those that were abave grade level expectations as well as those who struggled, She worked hard te match her instruction to meet cach of their individual needs Ms. Cleveland has very nice relationships with each of the students in her elass — she sly cares very much about each of them, She also has good relationships with the families of her students. She consistently communicated with them about their child's progress, the activities in the class and offered suggestions for things they eould do at home to enhance their child’s skills.
