The totel amount due to you is $576.80. I would like to offer 2 options to resolve this matter: Option 1: Write a check to you for $576.80 Option 2: Write a check to you for $176.80 and apply the difference to the last half of 2008/2009 dues, ‘We regret any inconvenience this has caused, ‘The lien and lawsuit will be dismissed.
