To Whom It May Concern:
Given her request, it is a pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for
Kaitlyn
Bettis. I have known Kaitlyn as a student at Lamoille Union High School for three
years.
Kaitlyn was in my Algebra / Geometry Year 2 class two years ago. Lamoille Union
High School's Algebra / Geometry Year 2 course is a sophomore level math class
which covers the second half of a traditional Algebra 1 course and the second half of
Geometry.
Kaitlyn goes about accomplishing her successes in an aggressive and
appropriate manner. She works well with other students and also well with adults.
Kaitlyn's level of maturity is above average for her peer group. Kaitlyn can be very
head-strong at times, but when she directs her energy towards attaining a goal there's
no stopping her.
Kaitlyn is personable, social, and has a great sense of humor. She works well
with other students and equally well with adults. She is developing a positive
outlook on life, and works hard at being a dedicated student here at LUI-IS and at
GMTCC.
A hard worker outside of the classroom as well, Kaitlyn has consistently worked a
part-time job in the community. Additionally, she has volunteered her time serving food at
Oktoberfest, and doing chores for Hope Grows.

I recommend Kaitlyn Bettis at this time with enthusiasm. She is steadily

maturing young lady who is ready to move on to the post-secondary experience.
