The Contract above is a contract of Partnership between Abdulharis P. Paporo

and Norhanna P. Paporo as a general partner and Adapodin P. Poporo and
Strawberyy A. Luciniada as a Limited Partner.

The contract is one classified as Limited Partnership, this is created for one type
or specific business only, although in this contract, the liability is not mentioned, it
is impliedly provides that the extent of Limited partners liability is only up to the
amount contributed.

Characteristic Present

This contract has been formed with provided statutory compliance and also, as
provided, one general partner controls the business, Norhanna P. Paporo as a
General Partner and Managing Partner which makes her liable to third persons and
the two limited partners are contributing profits. There was also stipulation that the

General Manager, it can be ascertained that the liable is the General Manager.
