Terms and Conditions :
1. Two -coat Regular epoxy primer paint shall be painted on fabricated steel. In- case Hi- temp Epoxy
Primer/Special Primer/Paint is needed, it shall be incurred additional charge by the contractor .
2. Insurance, Building permits, Occupancy Permits are not included in this proposal.
3. Owner must provide water and power supply, at no cost to the contractor.
4. Any item or scope of work not stated above but ordered by the owner shall be incurred
additional charge by the contractor .
5. The Bill of Quantities are based on the documents furnished by the Client in their Request for quotation.
However, Final drawing for construction, including pertinent details shall be issued to EPSII prior
to the finalizing of the Contract
