Structural Steel
Supply, Fabrication, Delivery and Installation of all
structural steel
Scope includes roof trusses, purlins, girders, columns,
steel connections (base plates, connector plates, anchor
bolts with nuts and washers), sag rods and all other
accessories necessary for installation
Welding works for connections should be included
Special Notes
Advise subcontractor to fill out the BOM excel file
indicating material unit rate. Other materials necessary
that are not stated in the BOM may be added by
inserting separate lines in the excel file. STRICTLY
FOLLOW THE FORMAT IN THE BOM.
Subcontractor preliminaries should be separated from
the unit cost by adding a separate line item in the BOM
excel file.
FBI equipment required by the subcontractor in
installation/erection should be specified.

1. Area for temfacil will be provided by First Balfour (FB), but
the office/barracks, water and electricity will be by the
subcontractor.
2. The workers Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) will be
provided by the subcontractor.
