In 2011 two college students from kazakhstan were tricked into coming to florida
to work at a yoga studio, but were forced to become sex slaves. They found this
job through the states departments summer work program, somehow the
imaginary yoga studio fooled an unnamed company that outsourced the students
to the care of Jeffrey Cooper the owner and developer. He is charged with sex
trafficking, wire fraud, bringing foreign nationals to the US for prostitution and
using a facility to operate a prostitution enterprise. If he is convicted he would face
a minimum sentence of 15 years and a max of 20 years.

Article 5-No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
Article 13.
(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.

if so should they be charged as well?
