Primary sources:
Survey: On Friday 11th February a survey was conducted on the students of the lower
sixth form class. Twenty surveys where shared out. The survey was handed out during
the break period and was collected at the end of the lunch period.
Observations: Several trips where made by the researcher to the first and second form
blocks of Signal Hill Secondary School. The way in which the students used the laptops
given to them was observed and noted.
Secondary sources:
Articles: Several articles on similar topics on the article were read so that the research
would have a bit of an idea of what he was supposed to be looking for when doing
primary data collection.
