Internships

We accept undergraduate students for summer internships/projects through two

different tracks.
Track I
The Department of Chemical Engineering offers summer internships for students who
have completed their 3rd Year of undergraduate studies for a period of six weeks. The
selection is based on your credentials and accomplishments, reference letter from the
Chairman of your department and your standing in your undergraduate program. If
interested in applying to the ChemE Summer Internships (CSI), please send your CV and
reference letter of support to Ms. Kala (kala at chemeng.iisc.ernet.in
[chemeng.iisc.ernet.in]) by 15 March 2016. The selected individuals will be informed by
30 March 2016.
Track II
We also accept summer interns through the various fellowship programs listed below.
We encourage you to apply to the department through any of these programs.
