Dear Ms. Murtha
I am pleased to inform you that you have been granted a $2,000 loan from the Rivercrest district
Student Aid Fund for the upcoming school year. You and your parents will need to schedule a
time between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on July 9 or 10 to sign the note in the Rivercrest High
School Guidance Office. You will receive your check at that time.
The interest rate for this loan is 4.5%. If you have one or more RDSAF loans at different interest
rates, a consolidated rate will be computed at the same time payments are to begin and used for
determining one payment amount to cover all loans.
All RDSAF loans are to be repaid in five or fewer years with payments beginning shortly after
graduation or withdrawal from college. It is your responsibility to notify the RDSAF treasurer of
any change in address and to complete a form that will be sent to you each summer. The
information on this form is needed to keep RDSAF records up to date.
