REMINDER
Captains, Lieutenants and Sergeants.
«Ona daily basis, continue block facing SEAs who issue less than 10
Notices of Violation per day. Keep track of daily productivity. Focus on
low score card areas. The field supervisors should carefully monitor the
SEAs assigned to block facing.
«Supervisors should give their Captains a daily report about block facing
activity in the zone.
« SEAs that need to be trained should be one-on-one with a Sergeant. The
Sergeant should address any questions that the SEA may have so that
the SEA better understands his/her enforcement of the City's
administrative code and recycling rules.
«Captains must be knowledgeable about block facing activities in their
Zones and prepared to give a report when asked by the Deputy Director,
Deputy Chief or Assistant Chief of the Enforcement Division.
Thank you.
