Keep track of daily productivity. Focus on low score card areas. The field supervisors should carefully monitor the SEAs assigned to block facing. «Supervisors should give their Captains a daily report about block facing activity in the zone. « SEAs that need to be trained should be one-on-one with a Sergeant. The Sergeant should address any questions that the SEA may have so that the SEA better understands his/her enforcement of the City's administrative code and recycling rules. «Captains must be knowledgeable about block facing activities in their Zones and prepared to give a report when asked by the Deputy Director, Deputy Chief or Assistant Chief of the Enforcement Division. Thank you. 1/29/2014
