Subject: Business Training Processes.
This reports aims at documenting business training processes based on the business context
of the company:
1. The production area works on every aspect of planning and making of the product.
Its main function is to transform every resource into a final product. In our context,
fruits are our raw material and the final product is the service we offer to our clients
and partners. We aim to improve the production by working on the finances, human
resources and accountability.
2. The area of commercialization takes out the product, sells it and takes it to the
marker. Our work team coordinates every aspect of it: (a) Commercial
Investigation, (b) Communication Area, (c) Marketing, (d) Prices, (e) Strategy, (f)
Costumers Service.
Finally, this reports try to show the quality process of the production and commercialization
in order to make partnerships worldwide with other companies that may count on us to
approach markets and boost the trade that will bring commercial benefits.
