Situation:

African Lion Safari is facing a crisis issue with a local animal

activists group KOALA. In 2013, KOALA protested in front of the gates
on opening season day. This protest was informing African Lion Safari
ticket holders with misleading information about the organization and
their treatment of animals.
From the experience African Lion Safari wants to be prepared for a
potential crisis with a crisis plan if this event reoccurs this year.
Furthermore, African Lion Safari wans to educate their ticket holders
about their treatment of animals with in the organization.

and safety.
The publics are not completely aware of the how the animals are
maintain the safari and have not been told his when going on the safari
Opportunities- African Lion Safari educate their ticket holders about

that are animal related.
Threats- African Lion safari is facing issues with local activists groups.
Potential crisis may occur based on previous protesting in 2013.
