EX PARTE MOTION TO REVIVE
COMES NOW, the Petitioners, in the above-entitled
case, by and through the Undersigned Counsel and unto
this Honorable Court, most respectfully avers:
1. That on 22 December 2015, the Honorable Court
issued an Order to the effect that the instant case be sent
to the archives since the summons issued on 10 February
2015 cannot be served upon respondent per Sheriffs
Report dated 18 December 2015;
2. That it has come to the knowledge and
awareness of Petitioners that respondent has named and
appointed her Duly Authorized Representative and/or
Attorney In-fact in the person of Rowena Sacmaguen
whose residence address is at No. 1306 Burgos Street,
Paco, Manila;
3. That respondent may now be served with
Summons, Notices and other legal processes of the
Honorable
Court
through
her
Duly
Authorized
Representative
and/or
Attorney
In-fact,
Rowena
Sacmaguen, at the latters residence address at No. 1306
Burgos Street, Paco, Manila;
4. That in the interest of justice, Petitioners plead
that the instant case be revived in the active records of
the Honorable Court.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most

respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that the
instant case be Revived.
Other reliefs and remedies just and equitable under
the premises are likewise prayed for.
