an express and logistics courier services company, originated from Indonesia. Its official
name is Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (Tiki JNE). Nowadays, Tiki JNE is better known as JNE.
The name "JNE" is an abbreviation for "Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir", which is Sanskritlanguage
meaning "blessed lane courier". Its headquarters is located in Jakarta.This company is the
shipping company which the specialist in Indonesian domestic cargo their goal is to covering
all Indonesian shipping traffic so every Indonesian people can ship their stuff to another city
with no barriers

How many warehouse they should have ?

Jne warehousing system divided by 3 different parts :


1. The customer who want to ship their stuff should bring it to JNE sub-agent
which mostly have many sub agent in every living place of office building,real estate
block apartment usually have more than two JNE SUB-AGENT
2. The next part official JNE agent will pick the stuff from sub agent with daily
schedule such kind ever 2 pm everyday and put it in official JNE warehouse,
which is private JNE Warehouse and just JNE staff can go in and out for keep the
security of the package
3. The last part, from JNE official warehouse will deliver to JNE Headquarter and
be divided by their service before the shipment for example for YES service which
the fastest service will directly sent to JNE HEADQUARTER which located near
the airport in every city so it will be more efficient

From my point of view nothing they should stock , because they are shipping company and
just deliver the package if the have to stock something maybe just like a waterproof plastic
bag and the barcode sticker for the package

What customer they should service ?

They can service every customer, from upper class ,middle class, and lower class and its will
be automatically split or divided by the price of the service,for example the upper class will
choose YES SERVICE to guarantee their package to deliver on time and safely,and so do
the middle class and lower class will choose their suitable service
