AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE
I, ARLENE C. TUMANAN, legal age, married, Filipino citizen and resident of No. 30
Arellano St., Dagupan City, Pangasinan, under oath, declare; that:
1. I am the private complainant in Criminal Case No. 26516 against Aracelli V.
Calazara for Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Serious Physical Injuries;
2. I and the Accused have already patched up among ourselves and decided to
maintain our harmonious relationship;
3. I am no longer interested to pursue the instant complaint as I do not want to be
exposed to the rigors of public trial;
4. I am well aware that if I will withdraw the above-entitled complaint I can no longer
re-file the same;
5. I have executed this affidavit of my own free will and volition without any force,
violence, threat or intimidation made against my person.

I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing declarations,
without having been intimidated, unduly influenced or forced, but to my own volition.
