STORY ABOUT MISS LA SEN SPRING ROLLS

OUR STORY :

The 1970s, my mother worked as an accountant


for a restaurant. She loved to make the spring
rolls for her children.
Later, our sisters usually eat the spring rolls
which were made by my mother.
Almost every Lunar New Year, our family often
eats her spring rolls.
Her spring rolls taste delicious, crispy, according
to her own recipe. They are not sweet and soft.
The guests who visited our house often eat her
spring rolls.
They made a compliment to my mothers spring
rolls, they commented that her spring rolls are
not sweet and soft as they often see in the
market but they are crispy.
Her spring rolls taste well balanced, just enough
salty, sweet, spicy, fragrant.
They can eat a lot of these spring rolls without
feeling bored.
I decided to make the spring rolls according to
my mothers recipes to introduce to the market.
So Miss La Sen spring rolls were born.

Especially the Miss La Sen vegetarian spring


rolls.
