Why did you left your current job?
-I applied at my past job since the job responsibilities there is related to the
job of a network engineer. I got hired after undergoing a month of training. I
did love the training and I learned a lot from it. But as months passed after I
got hired, I found the job too exhausting and monotonous since what we do everyd
ay is to receive calls from clients and most of the time they are misrouted call
s either from irate residential clients or corporate accounts which we dont hand
le. I started to feel like the job is too repetitive and that I'm not fully usin
g the skills and expertise that I have learned from the training which cause me
to feel less satisfied with my work.
But what I like from my previous job is that there are times that you will recei
ve a complicated problem from client and you have to read lenghty articles from
support groups and analyze every term they are saying which most of the time are
jargons to me so I still need to ask for assistance from my TL or colleagues to
explain it, but that's okay and I enjoy it because I am learning.
