INTRODUCTION
Area of research
The area of research is To compare the job satisfaction
level of the employees of multinational corporation and
public sector undertakings The data was collected by
interviewing employees of Multinational corporations and public
sector undertakings with the help of structured questionnaire. All
the scientific measures were taken to make the study of reliable
and valid still, as the sample size was small it is possible that it
may not represents that precise picture.
However a more comprehensive approach requires that many
additional factors be included before a complete understanding of
job satisfaction can be attained. Such factors such as employees,
age, health, temperament, desires and level of aspiration should
be considered.

The time limit taken for conducting the research was very
less it could also be one of the limitations of the study.
Research Methodology
Market research defined as the systematic and objective
research for and analyses of information relevant to the
identification and solution of any problem field of marketing.
Marketing research is the systematic design, collection
analysis and reporting of data and finding relevant to specific
market situation facing the company.

Hypothesis:
The hypothesis of the study that the employees of
multinational corporations have a higher job satisfaction level
as compare to the employees of Public sector undertakings
is proved. It is evident from the interpretation of the data that
there are 24.7% of employees of multinational corporations
who are highly satisfied with their jobs as compared to
13.6% employees of Public sector undertakings
