Every society has cultural universal which refer to the element, pattern,

trait or institution that is shared in all human culture throughout the world.
Despite having shared the common culture universally, each society turn
out to have many groups in conflict. Group conflicts include the conflict
among groups within the same institution and the conflicts among groups
from different institution. The question is what can be the reason why
there are so many groups in conflict in each society, if every society holds
cultural universal that is accepted and shared among the society itself.
As in Cambodian context, conflicts are likely to appear between
employees and employers. Oftentimes, employees are not satisfied with
their payment or working condition managed by their employers and that
when the conflicts arise. One of the reasons that might lead to the conflict
is the unsatisfactory of the payment employees get. They might think that
their salary is too little compared to others or it is not sufficient for them
whereas employers are not able to provide their employees as much as
they want. The disagreement between the two groups most of the time
lead to conflict among groups, employers and employees. Therefore, there
should be a rational agreement among groups to minimize the risk of
conflict among groups.
