Ste. 209N, Tampa, FL 33618 Dear Mr. Kennedy, We have reviewed Seafarer’s Quest submission sent on October 13, 2015 for bringing permit 2014.04 into compliance. Unfortunately, the company still has not met the terms of compliance, as communicated on September 28 and October 9, 2015. It has not been able to submit one interim and one end of year report meeting the terms of its permit. Consequently, DR is suspending its permit for a period of one month in order for Seafarer to take corrective action (pursuant to 1A-31.085, Permit Suspension and Revocation, (b) violation of terms of the permit) Please resubmit these two (2) reports revised to adhere to 1A-46 guideline, Permit 2014.04 requirements, and | A-31 requirements. Please note that according to 1A-31.046, a permittee’s compliance with previous permits is taken into consideration during the 1-31 application review process. Your request for permits in areas 1 and 3 will not be addressed until reporting for Area 2 meets the above terms and standards. Additionally, Seafarer’s Quest inquired about considering other professional archaeologists for its project.
