To Whom It May Concern: 04/12/16
Ihave worked with Shelia Bowser for two and one half years. She is an
Instructional Assistant to fifteen intellectually Disabled high school students who
are taught in a self-contained setting. Mrs. Bowser brings energy and creativity to
our classroom as well as being a resourceful team member. She unselfishly
commits her free time on weekends and evenings to accompany or chaperone
students during after school events. She consistently initiates or conducts
activities in the classroom which enhance students’ skills and knowledge and
helps prepare them for life after they graduate from high school. These activities
can often be challenging to execute due to the students’ diverse ability levels.
Mrs. Bowser possesses the competence and ingenuity to teach each of our
students and make their learning experiences not only stimulating but memorable
and thus, motivate them for lifelong learning and growth. | highly recommend
Mrs. Bowser and | feel she would be a valuable asset to any organization.
Sincerely,
