Sir:
This has reference to a parcel of land known as lot 4446, Cad.-488-D, Sto. Domingo
Cadastre, situated at Sitio Puro, Purok#7, San Andres, Sto. Domingo, Albay, covering Original
Certificate if Title No. VH-23195 (graphical title) in favor of the Heirs of Servando Balute.
Records show that a remarkable discrepancy regarding the areas appearing on the
graphical title compared with that cadastral survey data.
Relative to the above, may I kindly and respectfully request the services of your Land
Examiner or Investigator from your good office to conduct ground inspection and verification of
the subject lot to give way my proposed Verification Survey approval before the D.E.N.R., Land
Management Services, Regional Office No.V. Legazpi City.

This has reference to the submitted survey returns surveyed for ANTONIO MORALES
and MOISES C. LLORCA JR., under TN-7322 situated at Sagpon, Daraga, Albay, which until
now was pending due to the required compliances.
In relation to this, may I respectfully request for a rejection of the above subject matter, to
grant and give way to the new submitted subdivision survey plan.
